SISY CE
SISY CE (Sample Information SYstem – Community Edition) is a standalone sample management application designed to unify existing SISY applications like iMOBS, SCCF LIMS, and CRYOS into a single, independent project. By removing reliance on SISY Core, it provides a modernized infrastructure built on a Java Spring Boot backend and a VueJS 3 frontend.
It features a configurable architecture, allowing to tailor features to specific laboratory needs.

SISY CE Lab Onboarding
Onboard your lab quickly with a hands‑on process that delivers a working demo of your data, configured instruments and labels, and staff training.
Onboarding plan
> SISY CE overview — 30 min
> Sample data workshop — 2 h
> Device & resource configuration — 1 h
> Administration training — 30 min (optional)
> Workflow & SOP workshop — 2 h (optional)
> Data migration — optional (lab‑led or SISY‑assisted)
